Thanks for shopping with us. This page walks you through how shipping works at zennovawear.com, run by 553 N Flores LLC. We make Sweatshirts, Long Sleeves, and Hoodies, and each one is printed just for you after you order. Here's everything you'll want to know before it arrives.

Shipping Time and Delivery Estimates

  • Your order should reach you within 7 to 10 business days.
  • We spend 2 to 3 of those printing and packing it with care, and the carrier takes another 5 to 7 to bring it to your door.
  • Business days run Monday through Friday, holidays aside, and a busy season can stretch things a touch.

Order Cut-Off Time

  • Our cut-off is 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday.
  • Get your order in before then on a working day and we start on it the same day.
  • Anything after that, or over a weekend or holiday, kicks off the next business day.

Shipping Rates

  • Spend $119 or more and shipping's our treat.
  • Below that, it's a flat $6.80, shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

Carriers

  • We ship with FedEx, UPS, and USPS, and the best one for your address is chosen automatically, based on the quickest route to you.

Tracking

  • The moment your order ships, we'll send a tracking number to your inbox.
  • Give it about a day to start updating, since carriers can take a little while to log that first scan.

How Shipping Fees Are Calculated

  • Nice and simple. We look at your subtotal before tax, and if it's $119 or more, shipping is free.
  • Under that, it's a flat $6.80, no matter how many pieces you order or where you are in the lower 48.

Shipping Areas

  • We ship within the contiguous United States, the 48 connected states, and that's our delivery map for now.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We're not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO Boxes, or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses just yet.
  • If an order comes through for one of those, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Tax

  • Any sales tax due is added at checkout, based on where your order is headed.
  • You'll see the exact amount in your summary before you confirm, so the total is always clear up front.

Address Changes and Accuracy

  • A quick check of your address before paying saves a lot of trouble later.
  • If you spot something, email us at contact@zennovawear.com within 24 hours and we'll happily fix it, as long as your order hasn't gone to print yet.
  • Once it's printing or on its way, we can't reroute it, and we're not able to cover a parcel sent to an address that wasn't quite right.

Delivery Problems

  • If tracking shows your order as delivered but it isn't with you, take a moment to check around, with others at home, your building's front desk, and your neighbors. Packages have a habit of turning up nearby.
  • If it's still missing after a day or two, just email us your order number and we'll get an investigation going with the carrier.

Damaged or Lost Items

  • If your order turns up damaged, or doesn't turn up at all, send us a note at contact@zennovawear.com within 7 days of delivery or the expected date. Include your order number and a few clear photos if there's damage to show.
  • Once we've confirmed it with the carrier, we'll happily reprint and resend or refund you in full, whichever you'd like.

Handling Charges

  • None at all. The shipping fee at checkout is the full cost, with nothing extra added on.

Issue Resolution Time

  • We aim to wrap up most shipping issues within 5 to 7 business days of you letting us know.
  • The ones that need a carrier investigation can take a bit longer, and we'll keep you posted the whole way through.

Delayed or Out-of-Stock Items

  • Since we print to order, running out is rare.
  • But every now and then a particular blank, say one color of a Hoodie, is briefly out on our side. If that affects your order, we'll reach out and let you wait for it, switch to something else, or take a full refund, whatever suits you.
  • The rest of your order ships right along.

Delays Outside Our Control

  • Some hold-ups are simply out of our hands, weather, carrier backlogs, postal slowdowns, the holiday rush.
  • We can't take responsibility for those, but we won't leave you in the dark either, we'll stay on the carrier and share whatever we hear.
