Verification Process and Response Time

Before we act on any request, we run a quick verification, simply to be sure the person asking is the person the information belongs to, or someone properly authorized to act for them.
Usually that just means matching what you've sent against what we already have, like the email from a past order. If it's not quite enough to confirm, we'll reach out for a little more.
Once you're verified, we respond and act within the timeframe the law sets, generally 45 days from when we receive the request.
