Here's a friendly rundown of how paying works at zennovawear.com, run by 553 N Flores LLC, what we accept, when your card is charged, and how we keep the whole thing secure. Placing an order means you're happy with what's set out here.

How You Can Pay

  • You've got two options at checkout: Stripe and PayPal.
  • Stripe takes the major cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover, and PayPal is there if you'd rather pay from your balance or a linked account.
  • Go with whichever feels easiest for you.

When You're Charged

  • We take the full payment right when you check out.
  • Since each piece is printed just for you, we need the payment settled before anything heads into production.
  • There's no pay-later or installment plan, just the one charge up front.

Order Confirmation

  • The moment your payment clears, a confirmation email is on its way to the address you entered at checkout.
  • That's your sign the order's in and being prepped.
  • If it hasn't shown up within an hour or so, do peek in your spam folder before reaching out, as it usually just got filtered there.

Pricing

  • Everything on zennovawear.com is priced and charged in US Dollars, the products, the shipping, and any fees alike.
  • Prices may shift now and then as our costs change, but any change only ever applies to orders placed afterward, never one you've already paid for.

Tax

  • Any sales tax due is worked out at checkout, based on where your order is headed, and follows the current state and local rules for that address.
  • You'll see the exact amount in your summary before you confirm, so there's nothing tucked away in the total.

Secure Checkout

  • Your payment details travel over SSL-encrypted connections, and the actual handling is done by Stripe and PayPal, both of which meet PCI DSS standards.
  • We never see, store, or hold your full card number or bank details on our side, all of that stays safely with the processors.

Pre-Authorization Holds

  • Sometimes your bank places a small temporary hold on the order amount when you check out. That's just them making sure the funds are there, not the final charge.
  • Once the payment captures, the hold becomes the real charge, and if the order is declined or cancelled, your bank releases the hold on its own schedule, usually a few business days, sometimes up to a week.

Canceled or Failed Orders

  • If a payment doesn't go through, the order simply isn't created and nothing is charged.
  • Should that happen, double-check your billing details and available funds, and give your bank a call if it keeps bouncing.
  • You're always welcome to try again, or email us and we'll be glad to help you sort it.

Promotions and Discount Codes

  • When we run a sale or send out a code, just pop it into the discount field at checkout before you pay.
  • Codes come with their own little terms, expiry dates, minimum spend, usage limits, and so on.
  • One code per order unless we say otherwise, and they don't stack with other promos.
  • And once an order's placed, we can't go back and add a code to it, so do enter it before you check out.

Billing Address

  • The billing address you enter needs to match what's on file with your card or PayPal.
  • If it doesn't quite line up, your bank may decline the charge or flag it for a closer look.
  • We're not able to do much about a payment that fails over mismatched billing info, so it's worth getting right.

Fraud Prevention

  • We keep a gentle eye out for orders that look a little off, and we reserve the right to review, hold, or decline anything that seems suspicious.
  • For high-value orders, or ones where billing and shipping don't match, we might ask for a bit of verification.
  • If something genuinely looks fraudulent, we'll cancel it and refund through the original payment method. It's nothing personal, just how we look after both sides.

Chargebacks

  • If there's ever a problem with a charge, please email us first at contact@zennovawear.com before filing a chargeback with your bank.
  • Most things we can put right quickly once you tell us, and far faster than a chargeback runs.
  • A chargeback filed without reaching out first will be disputed with the order records, delivery proof, and our messages.
  • And repeated or clearly groundless chargebacks may mean we're unable to accept your orders going forward.

Your Privacy

  • Whatever payment and personal info you share is handled just as our Privacy Policy describes.
  • We don't sell, rent, or pass along your financial details to anyone beyond what's needed to complete your order or meet a legal obligation.
