We want you to be happy with your order, so here's exactly how returns work at zennovawear.com, run by 553 N Flores LLC. Since every Sweatshirt, Long Sleeve, and Hoodie is printed just for you after you order, we're not working from a shelf of ready-made stock, and that shapes a few things below. Have a read and you'll know just where you stand.
Return Window
- You've got 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a return.
- Once that window closes we're not able to process it, so if something isn't right, please reach out and we'll be glad to help sort it.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- To be returnable, an item needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition it arrived in, with the original tags and packaging.
- Because each piece is made to order, most of the returns we accept are the ones that are on us, a printing error, a manufacturing flaw, the wrong item, or damage in transit.
- If it's a change of mind or a sizing surprise, we'll still take a look case by case, though those won't always qualify for a full refund, which is simply how made-to-order goods work.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
- Just email us at contact@zennovawear.com with your order number, what you'd like to return, the reason, and a photo or two if there's something to show.
- We'll take a look, and if it qualifies, we'll send back the return address and walk you through the next steps.
- Please hold off on shipping anything until you hear from us, since returns sent without approval can get turned away.
Condition of Returned Items
- When your return reaches us, we'll give it a quick once-over to make sure it matches what's described above.
- If it arrives worn, washed, damaged from loose packing, or otherwise not in returnable shape, we may need to send it back to you or hold it until we hear from you.
- We can only refund pieces that come back in their original condition, so packing them up snugly really helps.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is on us, a defect, a print error, the wrong item, or transit damage, we'll happily cover the return shipping in full.
- If it's a change of mind or a sizing matter that wasn't our doing, the return shipping is yours to arrange.
- The original shipping you paid isn't refundable either, unless the whole thing started with a mistake on our end.
Return Method
- Once we've approved your return, we'll send over the exact address to ship it to.
- Please use a tracked service and hold onto that tracking number until your refund lands, since we're not able to take responsibility for a return that goes missing on its way back to us.
Refund Timing
- After your return arrives and we've checked it over, we'll get your refund moving within 5 to 7 business days, straight back to your original payment method.
- Your bank or card issuer might need a little longer after that before it shows on your statement, which is out of our hands.
Restocking Fee
- None at all. We don't charge a restocking fee on approved returns, so what you get back reflects the full value of the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
- A few things can't come back, mostly for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons. That includes anything marked final sale, gift cards, and items that have been used, washed, or altered after you received them.
- Anything in this group that's sent back can't be refunded or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If your order shows up damaged or with a defect from production, let us know within 7 days of delivery at contact@zennovawear.com. Send along your order number, a quick description of what's wrong, and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
- Depending on what we're looking at, we'll happily reprint and resend at no cost, refund you in full, or find another fix that works for you.
Exchange Policy
- Fancy a different size, color, or design? Just mention it in your first email.
- Since everything's made to order, an exchange runs as a fresh production order once your original item is back with us and checked.
- We'll confirm the replacement's available before we lock it in, so you're never left waiting on something we can't make.
Reason for Return
- We do ask for a reason when you start a return, and it's not us being nosy.
- It genuinely helps us judge eligibility, spot anything worth improving, and land on the right resolution for you.
- Reasons we accept include defects, print errors, the wrong item, shipping damage, sizing troubles, and change of mind, all within the eligibility rules above.
Refused, Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is refused at the door, or makes its way back to us because the address was incomplete, wrong, or never claimed in time, we treat it as a return you chose to make.
- The original shipping isn't refundable in that case, and any extra cost from the package coming back to us may come out of your refund.
Lost, Stolen, or "Delivered" but Not Received
- If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, start by checking with the household, your neighbors, and your local delivery office, since packages do get tucked into safe spots or held for pickup.
- If it still doesn't turn up, email us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.
- Once they confirm what happened, we'll sort out a replacement or a refund with you, depending on how it shakes out.
Order Changes and Cancellations
- You're welcome to change or cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, with no fee at all.
- After that, it's usually already in production, and since these are printed just for you, we can't pull it back at that point.
- Need a change? Email contact@zennovawear.com as soon as you can after ordering and we'll do whatever we can while there's still time.
