Orders and Products

How long until my order arrives?

Usually 7 to 10 business days. We spend 2 to 3 days printing and packing it, and the carrier takes another 5 to 7 to bring it to you. Busy seasons can stretch that a little.

What do you sell?

Sweatshirts, Long Sleeves, and Hoodies, all printed to order. We ship within the contiguous US only.

What does "printed to order" mean for me?

It means your piece is made just for you after you buy it, rather than pulled off a shelf. That's why handling takes a few days, and it's also why we can't cancel once production starts.

Why does my piece look a little different from the photo?

Small differences in color, print placement, and fabric feel are totally normal with print-on-demand, and they're not defects. Screens and lighting vary, and each print run shifts a touch.

Pricing and Payment

What currency are prices in?

US Dollars, all the way through.

How can I pay?

Stripe or PayPal. Stripe covers Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PayPal works from your balance or a linked account.

When am I charged?

In full at checkout. We need the payment settled before your order heads into production.

Is my payment secure?

Absolutely. Checkout runs over SSL encryption, and Stripe and PayPal handle the payment under PCI DSS standards. We never store your card number ourselves.

Can I add a discount code after ordering?

Sorry, no, codes need to go in at checkout before you pay. We can't apply one to an order that's already placed.

Shipping and Delivery

Where do you ship?

The contiguous United States, the 48 connected states.

How much is shipping?

Free at $119 and up. Below that, it's a flat $6.80.

What's the cut-off time?

5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Order before then on a working day and we start the same day. Later, or on a weekend or holiday, it kicks off the next business day.

Which carriers do you use?

FedEx, UPS, and USPS, picked automatically based on your address and the quickest route.

How do I track my order?

We'll email a tracking number once it ships. Give it about a day to start updating.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Only before production starts, so email contact@zennovawear.com within 24 hours of ordering. Once it's printing or shipped, the address is locked.

Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes?

Not yet, and we can't do US territories or APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses either.

Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery. The item needs to be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with its tags.

How do I start a return?

Email contact@zennovawear.com with your order number, what you'd like to return, the reason, and photos if there's something to show. We'll send the return address if it qualifies.

Who covers return shipping?

We do, if it's our error, a defect, print error, wrong item, or transit damage. For a change of mind or a sizing matter, that part's on you.

Is a sizing issue treated as a defect?

No. A size you picked from our chart counts as a change of mind, so the return shipping is yours.

Any restocking fee?

None at all. You get back the full value of the returned item.

When's my refund?

Within 5 to 7 business days after your return arrives and is checked, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a little longer to show it.

Can I exchange for a different size or design?

Of course. Mention it in your first email. Since everything's made to order, the swap runs as a new production order once your original is back with us.

Can I cancel?

Within 24 hours of ordering, no fee. After that it's usually in production and can't be pulled back.

Anything that can't be returned?

Final sale items, gift cards, and anything used, washed, or altered after delivery.

When Something Goes Wrong

My order arrived damaged.

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Once we confirm it, we'll reprint and resend or refund you in full, whichever you'd like.

Tracking says delivered but I don't have it.

Check with the household, your neighbors, and your local delivery office first, packages often turn up nearby. Still missing after a day or two? Email us your order number and we'll open a carrier investigation.

What if it's lost in transit?

If the carrier confirms it's lost, we'll reprint and resend or refund you, depending on how the investigation lands.

Account, Privacy, and Contact

How is my personal information handled?

It's all set out in our Privacy Policy. In short, payment data stays with Stripe and PayPal, never on our servers.

Do you sell my information?

Not in the traditional sense. Some advertising data-sharing may count as "sharing" under California's CPRA, and you can opt out anytime through our Do Not Sell My Information notice.
