Hi there, and welcome to zennovawear.com. We're a small print-on-demand apparel shop run by 553 N Flores LLC, based in Los Angeles, California. We make three things, and they're the cozy ones: Sweatshirts, Long Sleeves, and Hoodies.

Why these three

We didn't set out to be the shop that sells a bit of everything. We wanted to make the pieces you actually reach for on the comfortable days, the hoodie you pull on the second it gets cool, the long sleeve that's just right when a tee isn't quite enough, the sweatshirt that somehow becomes your favorite thing in the drawer. Three layers that keep you warm and at ease, made well, instead of a hundred you'd scroll right past. That felt like plenty to focus on, and plenty to get right.

How we make things

Everything's printed to order. Your piece is made just for you after you buy it, rather than sitting boxed up in a warehouse waiting for someone to come along. It's a slower way to run a shop, and we're upfront about that, it's why our delivery runs 7 to 10 business days rather than overnight. But it also means we're not overproducing, and we like running things that way, a little more thoughtful, a little less wasteful.

Where we're at right now

We'll be honest with you, we're new. 553 N Flores LLC is a young company, and zennovawear is still finding its feet. We haven't run ads anywhere, and we're not pretending to be some big name with years behind us. What we do have is a print partner we trust, a small and deliberate lineup, policies we actually wrote to be read and not to trip anyone up, and a real wish to do this the right way. If you order from us in these early days, that genuinely means the world to us.

What you can count on

A few promises we hold to. Our policies say what they mean, no buried surprises, have a look at the Shipping Policy or the Refund and Returns Policy and see for yourself. We only ask for the information we genuinely need to get your order to you, all laid out in our Privacy Policy. And when you email us, a real person reads it and writes back, no canned replies dressed up to sound human.

A note from the founder

I'll keep this short and warm.

I started zennovawear because I wanted to build something small and welcoming rather than something loud. The apparel world is crowded, and so much of it competes on noise, faster, cheaper, more, more, more. I didn't want to chase that. I wanted a shop where the pieces are comfortable and well-made, the policies are fair, and the person on the other end of an email actually cares whether your order turns out right.

I've gone over every corner of this site myself, the product details, the wording, the policies. Not because I had to, but because I'd much rather you deal with a real business run by a real person than a faceless storefront. We're just getting started, and I know trust is earned over time, not handed over on day one. So if you give us a try early on, thank you, truly.
